Cilyx offers consulting and study missions thanks to its team of consultants and experts. These experts directly join our clients’ teams for short or long term missions.

Thanks to a wide range of software (Solidworks, Catia, Inventor, Autocad, Plant 3D, etc.), our teams are able to work with the same tools as our clients. They thus meet the need for advanced skills, mainly in the fields of mechanics, piping and industrial project management.

  • Piping, fluids & Energy

    With strong skills in mechanical design, piping and structures, energies and technical project management, Cilyx carries out comprehensive studies in many industrial sectors.

  • Mechanical engineering

    We have licenses for most CAD software programs that are used in the industry. Our team of mechanical engineers and draftsmen who specialize in mechanics have recognized experience in machine design. Calculation and simulation software makes it possible to optimize sizing.

    Many projects have been carried out in the field of mecanical engineering. Installations are fully designed within the design office. Specifications and technical documentation are drafted in accordance with standards.

  • Electrical engineering & automation

    The “Systems” team carries out complete studies on special machines and production equipment. We have the necessary skills to study electrical systems and we also carry out risk analyses to allow the CE certification of our equipment.

    In the field of safety, we are able to support our customers in making existing machinery compliant. Once the systems are integrated, we ensure the programming of the PLCs and robots.

Maintenance & After-Sales Services

Maximizing availibility of equipment and machines

Cilyx provides after-sales services for its equipment and machines. Once the installation and reception of the equipment has been completed, the after-sales service team is at the disposal of the customer for any type of intervention.

  • Maintenance intervention

    Whether it is for periodic or emergency maintenance interventions, the service offered ensures an optimal rate of machine availability and maximum productivity. In the context of specific requests, “all-inclusive” maintenance contracts are offered.

  • Online assistance

    The team is able to take requests very quickly and has an online assistance service to support the customer in handling breakdowns. Remote interventions often make it possible to solve a good part of the problems encountered, in particular thanks to secure remote connections that allow the machines to be taken over at the PLC level.

  • Onsite interventions

    Cilyx also has multidisciplinary teams to carry out on-site interventions and ensure the maintenance of all its equipment, as well as its correct operation.
